Accessibility Statement
Children of Abraham Ministries (COAM) is committed to making this website usable and welcoming for everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.
What we have done. The site is built with meaningful, semantic structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, alternative text for meaningful images, colour contrast that meets the standard, and respect for the operating system's “reduced motion” preference.
Accessibility toolbar. Every page includes a dedicated accessibility menu, opened from the accessibility button in the corner of the screen. It lets you adjust contrast and colour saturation, highlight links, add a focus highlight and a reading guide, enlarge text, increase letter spacing and line height, pause animations, hide images, switch to a dyslexia-friendly font, and enlarge the cursor. Your choices are remembered on future visits.
Known limitations. Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible — mainly third-party embedded content, such as external media players, maps, and social or donation widgets, which are not fully within our control. We continue to improve the site and fix issues as they are found.
Accessibility coordinator & contact. Our accessibility coordinator is Shawn Turner. If you run into a problem, a difficulty, or a page or feature that is not accessible, please send us a message and we will address it as soon as we can.
