Dr. Shawn and Tammy Turner are both graduates of Jackson College of Ministries, where they laid the foundation for a lifelong dedication to ministry and global evangelism.
In August of 2005, the Turners and their family set out for the foreign field, beginning what would become more than twenty-one years of continuous ministry throughout the Middle East — with people connected to Israel, Judea and Samaria, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iraq, Syria and Northern Africa.
Their particular passion is reaching the children of Abraham — bringing precious individuals into the light of the gospel and into their inheritance as joint heirs with Abraham through faith in the Messiah.

The Turners are the first to say the ministry has depended on churches and believers across North America and beyond — partners who give through prayer, fasting, financial support and friendship.
Embracing the vision of Ephesians 4:16, they believe the church is a body fitly framed together, each part supplying the whole. Dr. Turner also serves as a Regional Representative for Leadership Development International across Eurasia and North Africa, and in October 2025 was appointed Honorary Chaplain for the Jerusalem Battalion of the Israel Defense Forces.
